TDI Golf is one of North America’s leading contractors in the restoration of golf courses. We are seeking a seasoned Project Supervisor.

The Project Supervisor coordinates all golf course construction activities required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality services, supervising all machine operators, field personnel and subcontractors, while administering good construction and safety practices. Maintaining the site office, tracking materials and seeing each project through to a successful completion is of utmost importance.

As a Project Supervisor for TDI Golf you will be responsible for:

• Coordination and supervision of all on-site construction activities.
• Directing all on-site personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
• Keeping up positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and other employees.
• Maintaining the daily performance goals of the project and construction schedule.
• Ordering materials and assisting with tracking as necessary throughout the project.
• Ensuring all company employees and subcontractors are adhering to the company safety policy.
• Maintaining an organized job site, including the construction office.

The successful candidate for TDI Golf must have:

• A diploma or degree in horticulture or a turf grass management program
• 3+ years of practical experience on a golf course i.e. grounds maintenance and all aspects of golf course operations
• Supervisory experiences with know-how of scheduling, quality control and materials handling.
• A quick, sharp, confident, assertive, ethical and ambitious personality.
• Excellent communication skills, friendly disposition and works well with others.
